StreamLine Agents Inc. was founded by Jenny Carlson.  Purchasing her first home and the personal work she did to close the transaction, gave Jenny a passion for the industry and assisting busy agents.  

"An agent's job isn't easy.  There is always more to do than time allows.  We get a chance to positively affect the experience of real estate agents, as well as their buyers and sellers.  We are the sidekick behind the scenes supporting the superstar. We get to make things a little less stressful for all parties."

We are your virtual real estate assistant company.  Many Realtors® need an assistant or transaction coordinator, but are hesitant to take on a weekly payroll commitment for many reasons, including training time and the fluidity of market conditions. 

We currently offer transaction services, paperwork management, buyer/seller PDF brochures, farming and sphere of influence marketing plans.

President and Founder, Jenny Carlson has a background in title, insurance and small business consulting (Streamline Consulting & Solutions).  Jenny is a TX licensed Realtor® and has earned: C2EX, GRI, RENE and SFR designations.

Streamline has had a long successful history of helping real estate agents increase productivity and revenue through "We take care of the details, so you don't have to!"

Each transaction coordinator is extensively trained directly by our founder to ensure quality.  Our processes ensure consistency and excellence in service.  Transaction coordinators (assistants) are jokingly referred to as "mini-Jennys".

The result of this experience is successful handling of routine to complicated transactions, proactive monitoring to minimize last minute problems at closing, and handling of the detailed minutia that increases client satisfaction and provides excellence in service.
